• Camera: Used to capture photos for progress tracking or profile pictures. Photos are uploaded voluntarily and are not accessed or shared without your explicit action in the app's dedicated progress-sharing section.

• Photo Library: Allows you to select photos for profile customization or progress tracking.

• Notifications: Sends reminders about tasks, habits, workouts, and messages. You can manage notification preferences both in your device settings and in the app’s notification settings.

 

2. Data Collection and Use

We collect the following information:

• Profile Information: Name, email, profile photo, and display name, to personalize your account.

• App Data: Workouts, habits, journal entries, goals, milestones, and notes are stored securely in Firebase.

• Messages: Sent between users for direct communication.

• Photos: Progress photos uploaded by you.

 

Data Shared Between Users
Certain data is visible to other users within the app for collaboration and gamification purposes, including:

• Your display name, profile photo, reward points, and associated HabitDevLevel, which help facilitate interaction and engagement within the app.

• Messages sent between users.

• Data explicitly shared by you, such as shared tasks, habits, workouts, or goals, along with associated progress data.

 

Data Aggregation
We may use anonymized or aggregated data to improve app functionality and user experience. No personally identifiable information is included in such data.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Firebase, which complies with GDPR and other data protection standards. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data from unauthorized access.

Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data, including photos and app-related entries, will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify you may be retained for analytical purposes.
